Q: Are all Aurisonics products made by hand in the U.S.A. ?
A: Yes, All products manufactured by Aurisonics that we sell are hand-made in our Nashville, Tennessee or Orlando Florida locations.

Q: Do you ship to other countries?
A: Yes, we can ship our products to any country.

Q: Can you make custom products for foreign customers?
A: Yes, we will ship our standard self-impression kit to you (additional shipping may apply). Once we receive your impressions back and they meet our standards we will proceed with your order and ship back to you upon completion.

Q: We want to become a foreign dealer how do we get set up?
A: Contact us and we will have a representative contact you about setting you up as a foreign dealer of our products.

Q: Your ASG-1 product says fits most what does that mean?
A: The ASG-1 product line was designed to actually fit 90%+ individuals male or female 18+ years old. It is for professional use only. We find the statement "one size fits all" used by the industry is not appropriate for an in-ear product as there are just too many differences in peoples ears to make a product that fits everyone 100%.

Q: Why do your IMEs have so much low frequency headroom?
A: Easy, more is better... a custom designed 15mm dynamic driver is the largest driver that can be fit into the ear and maintain our one size fits most custom looking generic IEM and fit in our custom IEMs. Other manufactures use an 9mm or up to a 13mm dynamic driver but they just don't perform as well. Balanced armature receivers which are made for hearing aids perform exceptional in mid range frequencies but cannot move air like a dynamic driver. Our design has patents pending.
