Custom Fit Guarantee:
Aurisonics custom products come with a 90 day fit guarantee. If your custom product does not fit please call us to discuss. We may be able to guide you through minor touch up fit adjustments. If more adjustment is required we will instruct you on how to send them to us with notes on the problem so we can take care of them.
Product Warranty:
Aurisonics will warranty defects or workmanship in either the external shell or the internal components for a period of one year from the original shipping date. Warranty service applies to the original purchaser only and repairs must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Damage or breakage due to abuse, ordinary wear and tear, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, unauthorized repair, acts of God, or modification of, or to any part of the product is not covered by the warranty. As cables encounter the most wear and tear and are subject to constant abuse they are warranted for a period of ninety days from original shipping date against defects or workmanship. Damage or breakage due to abuse, ordinary wear and tear, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, unauthorized repair, acts of God, or modification of, or to any part of the cable is not covered by the warranty.
Shipping:
You must ship your item to us however we will cover return shipment to you while under warranty. If repair made out of warranty we will bill for shipping with the repair. All out of warranty repairs must be paid for prior to shipment back to you.
Important:
Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy to the customer. Aurisonics, Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages encountered from the use of our products. Warranty does not cover any damage or issues to any other product which may be used with our products. Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is hereby disclaimed. This warranty supersedes all other warranties associated or included with our products.
Hold Harmless:
By purchasing Aurisonics custom products you hereby agree to hold harmless Aurisonics, Inc for any damage which may result to your ears or hearing from taking impressions of your ears or using our products.
Warning:
Our In-Ear monitor products are produced for the enjoyment of listening to audio/communication devices. But please remain aware of the dangers of listening to these devices at a loud volume level (85dB+). OSHA regulations state a volume of 80-85dB is safe for an eight hour period of time. If you are concerned about your hearing, please consult a hearing specialist who can advise you about your safety levels with your audio device.
