Custom CEP Tips

Aurisonics customized molded tips for the mini-CEP (part number ASCMCEP1) are designed as a direct custom fit replacement for the mini-CEP comply foam tips.

The design was engineered to meet stringent quality standards to ensure lasting durability and performance for a Military custom in-ear application. The specific hybrid shape was engineered to take up minimal space while inserted into the ear canal.

Additionally, the custom mold has enhanced stay in capability and ease of alignment into the ear by utilizing a proprietary engineered skeleton ear shape in conjunction with the ITC (In-The-Canal) portion of the custom mini-CEP molded tip. This proprietary fit method and shape reduces considerably the amount of mass in the ear while enhancing comfort, durability and performance.

Our proprietary silicon formula and curing process enhances the durability and performance of the custom mold considerably over what other manufacturers can offer.

Options include colors and laser engraving of names on the ear molds. Standard colors are Right ear Red and Left ear Blue.
